Can't change "Where to backup" for Acronis Cyber Cloud protection plan

Hi All,

I am trying to set up a local backup plan for a machine on Acronis Cyber Cloud. The agent is using version 12.5.22210

When I create a new protection plan (aka backup plan), I am unable to change the "where to backup" option. It is stuck on cloud storage, and clicking on it does not allow any changes.

Hello Lucas,

thank you for your posting! If local offering is enabled for this tenant, but Where to back up pane is still inactive, please open a support ticket for investigation. Normally, clicking on Where to back up should present you with the following menu

The only way I could resolve the situation is by removing the customer and recreating it again. Still not sure why this happened, but it's fixed now.
