https://partners.acronis.com/#manage/support is not working properly. When trying to load the case history it shows.

 

No Data Found

Support ticket section from https://account.acronis.com/#/products/ loads, but it is difficult to read the tickets when it shows like this

Another issue:

 

So tech asked me to upload some logs to FTP and I'm trying download the "Collecting system report"

and it is extremely slow aaagh

I have been waiting for nearly an hour to download it.

 

This is why I never want to provide the information needed. I need to do this because of an issue related to this
