Customer cannot restore files from Acronis cPanel Backup plugin, they have to use JetBackup instead!!!

Thread needs solution

This happened on some servers where Acronis has been running for server months and it shows

Backups  30 Oct 2020 23:02  Files

Operation log
An error has occurred. Please try again later or contact your administrator.

I tried it on a new server install and it says the same thing.

Some months ago couldn't restore a cPanel account unless a MySQL database existed for an account, and now getting the above error.

It's unusable for end-user to the point where I have to hide the interface from end-user and use Acronis for BRM only and use JetBackup for end-users only.

If I wanted all these problems, I could have kept using r1soft.

Any ideas now Acronis staff? Anyone?

Hello,

Thank you for sharing your issue, however the UI error from the Operation log is too generic.

Please, submit an Acronis Support ticket as it requires deeper investigation. Provide the login for the affected customer tenant, name of the affected server/servers and plugin logs from cPanel: Home > Acronis Backup > Dashboard > Download log button on the bottom right. We would also appreciate sharing complete steps to reproduce the issue.

Thank you in advance.
