No Access to Backups after Mashine was removed from Management - How this can be true?

Service Provider used Software by Acronis:

Backup and Disaster Recovery service Version 8.0 (Maybe the Name is different) 

Hello Forum,

 

our local Server was removed from the Management and now we have NO Access to the Backups anymore!

Where is the meaning of the Software here then? 
In the log i see backups from the last 30 days.

Is there a way to get the Backups?

In my management it is not possible to access the Backups, because the Software needs a connected Maschine.

Please help

You should be able to view backups by selecting a different machine, but be careful if you aren't sure. Best to contact support or could make things worse.
