Plesk > Backup Console > Login
Hi All,
I've just added / subscribed to Acronis to my Plesk install.
The page loads fine on Plesk, but if I try to turn on backup the wheel just goes round and round and eventually it doesn't turn on.
Also, if I click on the link to open the backup console I'm greeted with a log in screen, but which log in details do I use?
I've used the details I registerd here with, but they don't seem to work.

Did you purchase an Acronis Backup plan through Plesk or are you using a backup service from your hosting provider?
The login details for your account.acronis.com / forum.acronis.com will not work, you will need an account at cloud.acronis.com
Usually after signing up with Cyber Protect Cloud (either via Plesk, or via your hosting provider) you will receive an email asking you to activate your account and set a password for cloud.acronis.com
These are the credentials required for the Acronis extension in Plesk.
