Acronis CPC Agent Password

Thread needs solution

Hello, So I have been using Acronis CPC (Remotix) for at least 5 years now..I am currently using freemium version. I have always been able to connect to my other computers remotely as I am trusted user with no need to use credentials of any kind...I haven't had any issues in the past...this week I started seeing issues with agent on different machines where it was asking for some sort of password and denying my access...I have not added any passwords to agent ever...I have tried entering access codes, my account password and none of that has seemed to work...all the computers im working with are all Macs. any help or thoughts would be greatly appreciated
