Acronis Cyber Protect crashing on Windows 11
Hi, I'm not sure how to get passed this but I have a brand new Surface Studio laptop with Windows 11 and just downloaded Acronis Cyber Protect. After I installed it, I cannot start it as it crashes.
The windows event log registers an application crash.

my cyber protect home office says active protection is off, I click on install on that overview tab for protect and it eventually says successful but it still says active protection is off, what to do?

This thread isn't related with Acronis Home office. Please apply the solution of this KB: https://kb.acronis.com/content/63304 . If doesn't work, reboot the PC and retry again.
If the issue persists, please raise a ticket with our support https://kb.acronis.com/content/8153 .
