Issue Integrating MuleSoft with Acronis Backup - Error Message Clarification

Thread needs solution

Hello

I've been working on integrating MuleSoft with Acronis Backup to streamline our data management processes. However, I've encountered a perplexing error that I could use some assistance with.

Upon attempting to establish a connection between MuleSoft and Acronis, I encountered the following error message: "Error 500 - Unable to authenticate. Invalid credentials." I've double-checked the credentials and authentication settings, and they appear to be accurate.

I'm curious if anyone else has encountered a similar issue while integrating MuleSoft with Acronis or if anyone has insights into what might be causing this authentication hiccup. Could there be any specific configuration steps I might have missed or any potential compatibility concerns between the two platforms?

I have already checked this for reference & https://kb.acronis.com/content/8153/

Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated as I work towards resolving this roadblock.

Thank you in advance for your assistance!
