I am having the same remote log in issue to some macOS Ventura systems (that have caps in their passwords) with the Remotix iOS app. Are there plans to update this app to address this issue as well?

sorry for the delayed response! I'm afraid there is still no ETA on the iOS update, however I've documented your feedback in our internal systems so that the product team have a better picture of the clients affected. Thank you!

Any news on this? The app hasn't been updated in a year and Ventura has been out officially for 5 months.

The issue still with our R&D team. But at the moment there's no ETA for the fix.
