Mismatch between Status Overview bar in Dashboard and Backup Status

Thread needs solution

Hi, 

we have an Acronis Cyber protect AOL,In the Dashboard, it shows there are two critical errors, but when I click on the backup status is shown as okay, i have tried to delete the widget and created it back, does anyone know any solution for this issue

Hello!

Go to one of those devices and check if there are any failed activities or warnings. If there are errors in previous backups, the tab is correct. If there aren't any, there may be an issue that needs investigation.

I would advise you to raise a support ticket so we can investigate if there is an issue with the dashboards: https://kb.acronis.com/content/8153. If you are under a Service Provider, please request that they raise a ticket.
