Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office - errors uploading files to Acronis Cloud
I have been using a QNAP TS541+ NAS which is used to back up pc files from multiple pcs on my Ubiquiti Unifi network with Acronis. I Plex installed on the NAS containing ~ 2TB of music and multi-media files.
I have no issues backing up files from the pcs to the NAS or to Acronis Cloud. I am now seeing error message when backing up the Plex files to Acronis Cloud with an error message 'Destination not available' and 'Network disconnected'. I have been trouble shooting this for 2.5 days with no success.

Any suggestions?

I am running Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office build 40338. Can you provide a link for the Connection Tool for US4 which is not listed in the KB 47145.
