Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office Will Not Load

Thread needs solution

Brand new Dell Precision 5820 Workstation, Windows 11, 32 Gb RAM, 2 Tb SSD.  I clicked on the Acronis icon 20 minutes ago, and the start-up is hung at "Applying User Settings."  Task manager shows application taking 0% to 1% CPU time.  

Finally loaded after 27 minutes.

Upon first run of the application it will perform a scan of the entire system including network and attached devices.  Depending on your configuration this may take some time.  Additionally this scan looks at your storage system at low levels which also can be time consuming.

Having said all of that 27 minutes is not normal.  I suggest opening a support ticket with Acronis to investigate the issue.

In fact, the time you said it takes to load is not an expected behavior.
