Acronis Not Remembering Synology NAS Shared Folder Password

Thread needs solution

I am on Mac OS Sonoma 14.2.1.

I have created a backup set that initially backed up media to a folder on my Synology NAS drive, but now the backup set fails each day because it can't find the Synology NAS folder. Error log indicates can't find destination drive.  This is because it does not maintain a password-approved connection, and doesn't appear to store the password.  When I re-enter the password for my NAS shared folder, the backup proceeds. But I want this backup to execute automatically without error.

How can I set this backup set to execute without trouble?

Hello Gary!

I can see in the ticket opened by yourself that the issue was related to the connection settings.

Once you settled the password there, it apparently was resolved.

If the issue persists, please reply to the email from our support team, providing the requested logs.

Thanks in advance!
