Acronis system tray icon

Thread needs solution

I am using Windows 11. Until recently I had the Acronis icon in the system tray. There was a second icon if a backup was running in the background.

This icon(s) have disappeared for some reason. I have reinstalled the latest version without any luck.

I put "CyberProtectHomeOfficeMonitor.exe" file in strartup and this seems to work. Is this correct?

Please advice.

Yes, this gives the system tray icon as I understand.

Hello SAP.

In fact, if the service is running the tray icon should appear. Please try to reboot the machine or restart the service and check if there is any error while you do it. If you use a 3rd party A.Virus please make sure it's not blocking our services: https://kb.acronis.com/content/36429 .

I have raised a ticket so we can troubleshoot the issue ( 05911588 ).

You can expect an email from our side as soon as possible.

Thanks for your patience.
