Acronis for Western Digital Not Opening on Mac

Running Monterey (12.6) on my MacBook Pro and have installed Acronis True Image for Western Digital after buying a brand new 5TB drive.  The app icon appears, but opening doesn't do anything.  

I gave permissions through Preferences and restarted.  When that didn't work, I uninstalled and reinstalled.  Now the little A icon with two boxes also appears in the top right of the menu bar next to the WD icon, but the app still doesn't open.  I tried Force Quitting the process and reopening, but after quitting, it won't show the icon anymore.  Not sure what to do next.

See KB 2201: Support for OEM Versions of Acronis Products which applies to all OEM versions of ATI supplied with hardware purchases.

Support for Monterey was only introduced with Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office (ACPHO) which has a version number of 27 - it is possible that your WD OEM version of Acronis is using an older version from True Image 2021 which does not support use with Monterey.
