AcronisTrueImage2021 Installation has failed

I could never install AcronisTrueImage2021. Always get the following error no matter how many times I try on my machine or other machines.
Installation has failed. If you have antivirus software installed, try turning it off, and then restart the installation. If the error persists, please contact Acronis support team. Module C:\Program Files (x86)\Acronis\TrueImageHome\ti_managers_proxy.dll failed to register. HRESULT -2147024703. Contact your support personnel. |
I also tried downloading AcronisCyberProtectHomeOffice and see if I could test out new versions and still get the same error.

Welcome to the forum.
The error means your local antivirus/firewall is blocking you from installing certain modules of the program.
You could try disabling it temporarily while you install it or add the following modules as an exception in your antivirus: https://kb.acronis.com/content/36429
Best regards.
Hi Jose Pedro. Thank you for your reply, but I'm still having trouble. I have tried installing Acronis True Image 2021 on fresh copy of Windows 10 Pro and still having no luck. I did not download any anti virus. I tried disabling all firewall, anti-virus, and whatever protection system Windows have in place. It just doesn't install work. The only step I can't follow is....
3) If the security software still blocks Acronis True Image functionality after adding folders to exclusions, you also need to whitelist the product executables located in these folders.
I don't understand this line, and how to follow it since it didn't give any instruction how to follow it. I tried google searching about this and I don't understand how to follow it as well.

Hello!
If the issue persists, I would suggest you to download older builds of the product and still trying at https://account.acronis.com/#/auth/login . Happens that error must be investigated if the issue persists, without the procmon and the sysreport is very complicated to troubleshoot the issue.
Also check if there are updates in your operating system and if there are new packages, install them first before the product.
Best regards.
