Backup no longer starts from O365 to Acronis Cloud

Hello

Badly my Office 365 backup no longer starts. If I click, run now, it takes a few seconds and it says backup planned. This since two weeks. Created new backup plan, deleted the old ones...

Always the same stuff. Using two accounts for backuping and both are the same. Before it worked one year like a charm. Just after the renewal of my subscription - it stopped working. 

The local backup to the cloud works perfectly. 

Any hints on that?

Hello Mirko!

Probably that's an issue with the backup plan itself.

Please try the following: 

- Create a new plan as a test

- Add the O365 to the plan.

- Execute the backup ( or let it run per schedule ).

- If they run properly, that was an issue with the plan.

If they still not running, I would advise you to contact our support, because that should be investigated https://kb.acronis.com/content/8153
