Backup Notifications
When you click on the icon in systray, it pops up a window of notifications. Usually shows a list of backup notifications and other errors. My windows 11 computer showed the first few activity notifications, but then stopped (and lots of restarts since then, so that's not it). I cleared the entries that did post out, and now it looks like this every morning, not showing my any indication that anything backed up (backup activity in the main application shows the activity correctly, and the backups are actually happening as they should).
My older windows 10 computer also has this installed, and is showing activity notifications properly in that window.
Any way to fix that? It's a nice, easy way to confirm the previous night's backups worked correctly. The cloud dashboard isn't totally reliable. Only other method is to go to each of the folders on my backup drive and verify each machine updated it's files, and/or opening Home Office on each computer and look at the detailed backup activity there.

Hello everyone!
Re-installing the software should solve the issue.
If it persists, please let me know so I can communicate it to the team for investigation.
Thanks in advance!

I will, and thank you both! Where do I get/find the Clean Up script?

I uninstalled, ran the clean-up, did the registry checks (I didn't have those strings in my case) and reinstalled and it still wasn't working.
On a whim, I tried turning the Shutdown option off (Backups - [select backup] - Options - Advanced - Computer shutdown - Shut down the computer after the backup is complete), and that works.
I guess it would be helpful to log that notification before computer is shut down when that option is selected?

Hello, thanks for the updates. I am glad the issue is fixed.
Regarding the shutdown, please check: https://www.acronis.com/en-us/support/documentation/ATI2023/#38804.html

Well, I wouldn't say it's "fixed" exactly. It runs as it did before. If I want to see activity logged to the application icon interface (from the original screenshots above), I can't shut the computer down at the end of the backup. It's like it's shutting down before it has a chance to log the activity, so it ends up collecting no activity logs. If I do 'not' use the shutdown option, it will log the activity. It can't do both. I would like it to do both, but I don't see anything in that documentation that says anything along the lines of: "Please note: If you use the shutdown option, no activity will be logged." So I'm assuming it 'should' be able to do both?

Hello!
By some reason the link above was broken, now seems to work, please check the limitations regarding that : https://www.acronis.com/en-us/support/documentation/ATI2023/#38804.html
Thanks!
