Hello Marc.

I am sorry to hear the issues with backups.

I have raised a ticket with our support. The reference number is 06080718.

Feel free to update the thread as soon as you have news/solution from our support.

Best regards.

I have the same problem!

My three backups does not work.
Created a new backup. That backup nearly worked. But can't access the backup via recovery.

Hello!

I suggest you to raise a ticket with our support so the issue can be investigated properly. https://kb.acronis.com/content/8153

Best regards.

See https://kb.acronis.com/content/67536 and try the approach described there for your NAS credentials, i.e. to qualify them by the network name of the NAS, which other users are reporting as resolving this issue for them!
