Typically, that specific code refers to errors on the disk or lack of permissions.

Here are the steps you can try to resolve the issue:

  1. Re-grant "Full disk access" permission. Please refer to this knowledge base article for the steps to grant full disk access: https://kb.acronis.com/content/61832.

Please note that if Acronis True Image is already present in the full disk access settings, I kindly request you to remove Acronis True Image and com.acronis.trueimagehelper from the Settings - Privacy - Full disk access list, and then add them back by drag-and-dropping as per the instructions in the KB article (avoid using the plus sign button). Afterward, relaunch Acronis True Image.

  1. Run "First Aid" in Disk Utility to attempt to fix issues with unreadable files.
