delete *.tibx file no access
I want to delete a tibx file that was written in an unusual place.
According to my settings, all backups go to the Synology NAS.
This has been going well for years, but there is now a very large tibx file on the C:\ drive that does not belong there, 191Gb
Question: how to get rit of this file since I don't have any administration rights.
Cheers Emial

Thanks Steve for your comment,
Well I followed your suggestions but.. unfortunally this isn't working for me. Clicking on the small arrow only gives me three options : delete, validate and rename.. No "clean up version" option..
What I see is the last performed backup failed. "no more space at your destination drive" (Synology NAS, but drive is almost empty), So for whatever reason the backup is written on the C;\ drive . So now I have a *.tibx file which Acronis can't remove neither I can't remove it..
By the way I chose the option "delete" and it removes the complete backup and all it version but not the *.tibx file on my local C:\ drive.. that one is still there.
Are there any other possibilities to remove tibx files?
regards
Emial

Emial, if your backup has appeared on your C: drive instead of going to your NAS then it sounds very much like a known issue caused by the Acronis Online Dashboard servers resetting the task options! See the advice below given to other affected users previously.
This is an Acronis issue - see forum topic: True Image 2020 -Backup option settings loss
I can only recommend that you and any other affected users contact Arpita Ghosh who is the new Acronis Product Manager for these home products! (Arpita.Ghosh@acronis.com).
In terms of remedies to avoid being hit by this same issue (assuming that Acronis don't take action to ensure it never happens again!) then you can do the following:
Open Windows Services (services.msc) and set the Acronis Managed Machine Service Mini from Automatic start to Manual start (or Disabled).
In the ATI GUI (assuming you have a Perpetual license) sign out from your Acronis Account.
Doing the above should prevent the Acronis Online Dashboard servers from sending out any data that would result in resetting your Backup task options back to defaults again!
In order to delete the C: drive .tibx file, you need to temporarily turn off Acronis Active Protection which is prevent you from deleting that file via Explorer.
Note: if even turning off AAP does not work, then change the Start option for the associated background Windows service for Acronis Active Protection from being 'Automatic' to 'Disabled' then restart the computer and try to delete the .tibx file again before allowing any Acronis actions to be started manually or by schedule.
