Do I need an active Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office Subcription to restore an image?

Thread needs solution

PC, Windows 10 PRO

If I have images on an external drive that were created using Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office ("ACPHO"), do I need ACPHO to restore an image?  For example, if I decided to halt my subscription to ACPHO after one year, but I wanted to subsequently restore an image that was originally created by ACPHO, will I still  be able to restore any of those images without an active ACPHO subscription?  If no, is there a free downloadable standalone utility available that will enable a post-subscription image restoration?
