Is this Forum broken?

Thread needs solution

What's going on with this forum?  I posted a problem/question yesterday. It shows up in my account, but it doesn't appear anywhere in the list of posts for "Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office Forum (formerly Acronis True Image 2021)" and when I try to do a search for topics, the results are totally empty.

I see other people posting, so what is going on?

Randolph, there look to be several issues with the forums recently, one of which is very poor web performance where the forum is operating in 'treacle mode' and often giving 504 errors in the browser!  The other issue is a lack of moderation for new topics from users with no in-depth forum history of activity so that new topics don't appear for a number of days!  The latter issue looks to have resulted in a new forum moderator being appointed (Jose Pedro Magalhaes) who has been responding to a number of topics over recent days.

The forum performance issue has been reported in the Forum Administration forum by some of the other MVP's and is being investigated according to Ekaterina.
