google drive back up failed

Thread needs solution

trying with no luck to take backup from google drive that installed on win 11. 

during the backup job setting google drive is avliable and all its contact, when the backup runs its ended with massaged "there is nothing to backup". 

also enable offline folders on the relevant folders from google drive that need to be backed up. 

 

any idea how to make it work?

Thank you for posting and welcome to Acronis public Forums. We would kindly ask you to attach a screenshot of the error if possible.

just to be cleared, i choose folders direct from google drive and not foldres from the desktop that sync to google drive. 

Acronis does not backup files / folders that are not physically located on your local hard drive - it cannot access that data stored in Google Drive, the same as it cannot do this for OneDrive cloud stored data.

Sorry, I am not aware of any Acronis products that will do what you want.  You could try opening a non-technical, Pre-Sales question directly with Acronis Support to see if they can advise you of any other products they may have?
