Missing a lot of files on the Acronis server that were uploaded

Thread needs solution

Hello, I have a serious concern regarding a large amount of data loss from my account. I had about 156gb of photographs uploaded for backup and a large percentage of those have been disappeared from my account. 

 

Is it possible to restore from a backup? It is a cloud so there is at least one I assume.

I would recommend opening a support ticket direct with Acronis Support for your issue as they will be best placed to investigate any issues related to their cloud servers along with advising about the recovery of your missing data.
