Not able to login using Acronis Mobile App for iOS

Thread needs solution

When trying to login to Acronis Mobile for iOS, I’m not able to login even though the login info works on my Windows laptop on Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office. What would be the next step to resolve this issue?

Please check if your iOS is supported: https://www.acronis.com/en-us/support/documentation/AcronisMobile/

- Make sure you are using the mobile application of Acronis Cyber Protect Home office:

- If you have downloaded Acronis Backup, you need to delete this app and download Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office mobile app instead. Acronis Backup is the app for Acronis Backup 12.5 - a business backup solution by Acronis. Please check the correct link to download the app: https://kb.acronis.com/content/59581

- Make sure you are using the latest version of the app.

- Change password for your account and try to sign in with the new password. You can change password as described in this article: https://kb.acronis.com/content/18001
