Problem with Acronis CyberProtect Home on mac OS Ventura.

Thread needs solution

Hi,

I have problems with the Acronis Cyber Protect Home on Mac OS Ventura. it does not make the backup. Filled out the ticket and sent it to them. This was on Sept 21. Got the email that the ticket was registered and that was it. No feedback or reply from them. I filled out the second request on Sept 25. The same problem. 

Does the Acronis tech support really work?

Just in case the log file is attached.

The error messages suggest a problem related to file handling and processing. To address this issue, please follow these steps:

  1. Check File Path and Permissions: Verify that the file path mentioned in the error messages exists and that you have the necessary permissions to access it. Ensure there are no issues with the file itself. Also check if the file isn't blocked by another process.

  2. Update Software: Ensure that your Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office software is up to date. Sometimes, software updates include bug fixes that can resolve such issues.

  3. Restart the Application: Close the Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office application and restart it. This can sometimes clear temporary glitches.
