problem with update

Thread needs solution

I received a notification that an upgrade was available to I chiose to install it. After a couple of hours it was still running. before I went to bed I decided I would cancel it.This morning it is still showing as Canceling

What should I do?

John, the latest ACPHO update build #40338 should only take a few minutes maximum to download and install, so if you upgrade has failed as it appears to have done, I would suggest doing a Windows restart then check to see whether ACPHO has been updated or not?

If not, then download the new build installer yourself from your Acronis Account web page or else from the Acronis Product Updates web page.

On reboot I loaded ACPHO and it shows as being up to date and version number #40338

I assume that means it successfully installed?

It should be OK John but as always, keep an eye on it for the next day or two to make sure all is working as expected.

Hey John. Yes, if it says that's up to date everything should work fine. As suggested above by Steve please monitor the backups and check if they work properly and let me know here so I can follow up the situation and check with support/R&D if some issue appears.
