Hello leor,

The error says that the application failed to resolve the path to the backup archive at Z:\\HSNAP-4KOKCC2QP.tibx  This suggests that your backup was made to a mapped network drive.  Is this correct?

The application is designed to use hostname network locations rather than mapped drives as mapped drives can become disconnected which possibly applies to you here.

I would suggest setting up your target backup location as a Network Location in Windows rather than a Mapped Drive to resolve the issue.

Then Z: is not Z: any more, at least the application does not se it as Z:.   In cases like this it is possible that the metadata tracking of the application has become corrupted.  This means that a reconfiguration of the task is necessary to set things right.

Using the context menu accessed by clicking on the carat to the right of the task name in the Backup column of the GUI select the Delete option.  From the next menu select Remove which will remove the task from the GUI but will not delete the backup files themselves.'

Next, look ot the bottom of the Backup column for Add backup, now look to the right for another carat and click it, then Add new task.  Navigate to the location (Z:) drive and select the last file created by the backup, then click Add.  This will add the task back into the task list.  You will notice that what used to be the Backup now button has now changed to Reconfigure.  Clicking that will allow you to reconfigure the task to the original settings as it existed before the error.  This should fix the error and allow you task to locate the backup for recovery.
