Restoring Files in Cyber Protect

Thread solved

I am in process of restoring a recent Cyber Protect Home Office backup to a new location, all across the network from the NAS where the backup resides to another NAS.  I just opened File Explorer in Windows 11 to view the folder where the files are being restored and have found that a character string has been added to each file which MAKES THEM UNUSABLE UNLESS EACH OF THE 1300+ FILES ARE INDIVIDUALLY RENAMED.  This is an example of an Adobe Lightroom DNG file DSCF9571.dng~SBBRMHBG.  The boldface is the character string that is added, which is individual to each file. See the screenshot of the recovery folder attached.

Does this happen all the time when restoring from an Acronis product?  Is there some recovery option I did not select?

Robert, any files seen with a tilde character (~) in their names when recovering them are temporary files for an operation that has not completed and these extra characters are removed when all is finished successfully.
