Support ticket lost in the void

Thread needs solution

I've submitted a support ticket about the error "Mismatching backup types" but I received no automated email response and there is no sign that my ticket is being looked at. I'm certain that I remember seeing the page on the site saying that my ticket has been received. And I'm also sure that the exact same thing happened a few years ago - I submitted a ticket and nothing happened.

It is very weird for a support system not to send an email to confirm that a ticket has been created.
