Talking to a real Customer Support person, PLESASE

Thread needs solution

I beg you, please put me on contact with a real Customer Support person. I have spent too many hours with Technical Support, who don't know what they're doing, struggle with the English language, and barely know the Mac operation system. I paid for this product, and yet have got it to work. My patience has run thin. Either that, or a refund. Your technical support is horrible.
