Transfer license ATI 2016
I'm replacing my old dead computer. ATI 2016 was installed on the old PC. I did a full install from the CD and entered the serial code. The summary indicates that it's only good for 30 days. I then went to the web site and opened my account. I highlighted my product and chose transfer license. This brought up a screen that says:
That's a 500 error
Ooops!
Something went wrong. Try to refresh page or contact our support.
I've tried numerous times with the same result.

How do you do that when login doesn't work? Tried all fixes. Still can't login inside the program :-(

See KB 45522: Acronis True Image: Activation Fails with "Failed to connect to the Acronis activation server" - for how to use the offline activation procedure.

But the offline activaion can't deactivate old computers.
You need to login. And login does not work

Lars-Erik, from some testing I was doing yesterday for another user topic True Image 2015 License Transfer there looks to be issues on the Acronis side with their certification server used for doing license transfers!
Please open a support case direct with Acronis via the Non-Technical option which provides support for Activation & Licensing issues.

Does do much as they refuse to help me fix the login issue (that has always been there).
And without login I can't move the license :-( (they won't help with that either)

Lars-Erik, please raise this issue directly with Arpita Ghosh who is the Acronis Senior Product Manager for True Image / Cyber Protect Home Office.
