Trial Expired Notification (Full License but need Trial removed from account)
I have an annoying notification popping up on my Acronis True Image Account.
It keeps telling me my 1TB Cloud trial is expired.
It was only a trial and I would like it removed from my full purchased license. (2021)
I was wondering if a moderator could remove this for me?
There was a post similar to this one called "Is it possible to remove old expired license from Backup 12.5?" under Acronis Cyber Backup 12.5

ΔΗΜΗΤΡΙΟΣ, we checked your account and see only an old trial for Acronis True Image 2020 - my colleague says that we can only remove it completely with all the associated Cloud backups tied to this account - can you confirm that there are no backups in Cloud that you need?
