Unable to connect to Acronis Servers
Morning all,
New to Acronis, just installed True Image and registered successfully.
Now attempting to launch the application, which initiates with a sign-on screen, but continually receive the following error message :
- Failed to connect to Acronis Server
Downloaded the 'Acronis Cloud Connection Verification Tool' for AUS, and executed ...... verification:
- Frontend Servers: Success
- Registration Servers: Success
- RPC Servers: verification appears to have stalled (hanging for the last 45 min)
I suspect this is the cause of my issue, does anyone know how to escalate to issue to App Support to get it fixed?
This service have been down for at least 1.5 hours!
Also, where does Acronis notify users of such matters ..... newsfeed/service status etc?
