Unable to download files from Acronis Cloud

Hi,
i have a license of Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office which includes 500GB of cloud storage. I have configured a backup job to backup my files and folders to Acronis Cloud. And this job works fine looking from my Windows client machine. When I login to Acronis Cloud I can see my files and folders but the problem is when I try to download any of my files. When I try to download, for instance, a Word file I am getting an error:

On 19. January I have opened a support case 05723162 but after two weeks I have not got a solution from support analyst and he is not helping me at all. I am not satisfied with this support.
Can you please help me to solve this problem or send me an information how to raise a complaint about my unsolved test case.

I would suggest escalating this issue by sending an email to Arpita Ghosh who is the Acronis Product Manager for these home office products! (Arpita.Ghosh@acronis.com).  Please quote your support case number in the email.
