ACP Home Office gets an error with every backup

Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office 26.1.39702

Mac OS 12.5.1.

Backup to Acronis Cloud (encrypted)

Whenever I start a backup I get "The last backup has failed. Unknown error."

Log: "2022-08-30T14:55:16:575+02:00 4563113472 E013C0005: Error 0x13c0005: Operation has completed with errors."

I already checked my file system. No errors there. 

Can anyone help me with this? Thanks.

As we can see in our internal system you have opened case and in our support engineers are working on it. 
So, we would suggest to wait for the response and probably in addition to what you have shared here, add logs to see the full text of the error.

The open case is about a different matter. As I am running a trial at the moment and my time is limited, it would be great to get the product working in my environment. At the moment I get an error every time I back up data.
