acronis 39703 create bootable image dont support usb3

Thread needs solution

i bought acronis version 39703 and i see that the creating a boot image is not supporting on usb3.

 

how can i fix it?

Sorry but what exactly do you mean here?

USB 3.x has been supported by all recent Acronis software for many years, including by ACPHO and ATI versions.

What exactly are you trying to do here?  If you are trying to boot your backup image from a USB drive, then that has never worked and never will as the backup images are not intended to be bootable - they are just archive container files to store the backup data.

ok, next questions...

What type of Acronis bootable rescue media have you created?  Typically there are 3 different options:  Simple - WinPE media created from the Windows Recovery Environment, Advanced with a choice of Linux media, else WinPE created from Windows ADK & PE Kits.

I would recommend creating the Simple WinPE media and it should contain the device drivers needed for your USB 3 SSD drive provided it is created on the system where that drive is being used.

Note: if your USB 3 connection is via other hardware, then drivers for that hardware may also be needed.
