Acronis Cloud back up "Last back up date" stuck in the past

Thread needs solution

I have a strange issue and wondered if anyone else encounters anything similar. Basically, I have a Acronis Cloud Backup and when the backup completes it says it is finished and successful but the "Last backup" date is stuck in the past.

Also when I check the "Activity" tab it only shows activity from 2021 and no activity in 2022. This is despite the backup seems to be running fine and I can see and restore files from Acronis Cloud ok.

This is on build 39703 which I believe is the latest. Some sort of product bug perhaps?

Dean, this is an issue that has been seen previously and that I have seen myself but with no known or easy solution other than raising it via a Support ticket with Acronis.

For myself, I deleted the backup task to the Acronis Cloud including the files held in the same (and haven't bothered with replacing it!).

Thanks for info. I am not really keen on deleting and re-uploading all my data again in a new job so I will probably leave it alone.
