Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office

Hello, I'm new to this forum. My name is Mario. I've had True Image for years and have been very happy so far. I have now switched to Acronis Protect Home. Unfortunately the installation does not work. it always comes up with the same error message.
"An error occurred during startup." I have an IMAC with Monterey Intel Core i5.

The log seems to suggest that you may have two different versions of ACPHO installed.

My suggestion would be to remove all existing Acronis software then try again to install the latest build version of ACPHO build 39702.

Alternatively, open a Support Case direct with Acronis and ask them to look at this with you.

Caveat: I am a Windows user with no direct experience of using Acronis on any Mac.
