Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office build 39703 issues
This software has been working correctly for some time, until a few days ago.
I upgraded our NAS to a new QNAP box, and since then, one of the three computers I use will not complete a backup, although Acronis SAYS it is completed.
The directory on our NAS into which our backup should go shows empty.
I then tried to initiate a backup on this computer again this morning, but the backup hangs at the "calculating data size" and "calculating time remaining" prompts. In addition, a 24 kB tibx file appears at the NAS but never changes.
In addition, I can find no means of addressing my backup configuration to see what files on this Win10 desktop box is chosen for backup.
Can someone please help with this as soon as possible?

Kenneth, if you have backup tasks that were created to use your original NAS where the files have been moved to the new QNAP NAS, then you will need to use a different method to get the backups to run.
If the original NAS is no longer present, then the tasks using that NAS cannot be modified or changed - Acronis require the NAS to be present!
All you can do for that situation is Delete the tasks related to the original NAS then use the option provided in the GUI to 'Add existing backup' and select the most recent backup file from the new QNAP NAS and then Reconfigure the task settings again.
The option to 'Add existing backup' is found by clicking on the caret 'v' to the right of the normal '+ Add backup' option. You will need to provide any credentials needed for the new NAS.
The alternative would be to setup new backup tasks to the new NAS.
