Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office - Protection Updates (failed)

Thread needs solution

I'm trying to install the latest protection updates to Cyber Protect Home Office but everything I've tried always results in failure.

I've tried a clean install, repaired install, wipe using the cleanup tool and then a fresh install - I've even tried a fresh install of Windows 11 but nothing works. The download of the protection updates always fails at between 55% to 75%.

I've raised a ticket (as it's extremely difficult to get live chat as it as it's unavailable) but as of yet I have not received any response.

Has anyone else had the same issue and did you manage to resolve it?

thank you for your posting! According to the information in our internal systems, this is a known issue. The RnD team is already working on the fix.
