Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office somehow relieable or completely useless?

Hello there,

I hope anybody of support reads this!

Testing Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office it seems that it is completely useless. After first complete Backup which took 2 days the second backup fails with the nonsense error message:

Backup to cloud fails with "Mismatching backup types. Please reconfigure the cloud backup and try again."

and blocks the machine by endless retries every few minutes, which can not be stopped!

A link leads to an 4 months (!!!) old Webpage which tells me that "Details are still under investigation" an I should contact the support, which is impossible without bying a license (No entry in Support section of account). So the Link is also completly useless.

I think the product is completely unreliable an thereof useless, unless sombody can tell me how to get it running. Takes removal of fatal errors always such a long time at Acronis?

Any ideas?

If you are using a trial version of ACPHO then there is support for you under the trial program as shown in the image below:

Don't click on the first option for Technical Support, but go below this and click on the option for Trial / Activation / Pre-sales etc.
