Acronis Restore Destroyed my Laptop

Thread needs solution

I had Acronis get online remotely and restore just documents from a previous laptop.  He told me it would take a bit so I let it run for a couple hours.  I came back it was flashing a blue screen and has not been able to boot again.  I took to a computer repair shop and it won't even do a Factory Reset.

This is my small business computer and I have been unable to work for over a week. 

I am already out $195 plus 1 week without work and no laptop still.

I cannot seem to get any upper level support to assist.  So frustrating.

Has this happened to anyone?  What is my recourse if I cannot get it running again?
