ATI for WD not authenticating

When I try to access my WD MyCloud with ATI for WD, I enter the user name and password for the path to the drives and whether hitting "test connection" or "Connect", I get an error "Connection failed." I'm using the correct user name and password. What could be wrong?

This is all because WD stopped supporting it, of course.

I have an older WD MyBookLive cloud drive and that is working fine for me.

See KB 58004: Acronis True Image 2016: Troubleshooting Issues Related to NAS Credentials for further information that may help with this issue.

Thank you. I fixed the problem. I needed to unplug the MyCloud and plug it back in, just like the old "reboot it" solution.
