Can not do Entire PC or disk recovery from within program in ATI 2021

Thread needs solution

In the new version of Acronis True Image 2021 I get an error when I try to do an entire PC or a disk recovery and have to windup booting from a bootable media.  In my most recent older version of Acronis True Image 2019 I had no trouble doing an entire PC recovery or a disk recovery from within the program on my hard drive.  The first time this happened I talked to a technician and he knew about it doing that and said they would fix it in the next build.  Well I have the next build 39615 and it is still doing it.  Has anyone else on here had the same problem and if so do you think they will eventually fix it.  I am thinking about going back to Acronis True Image 2019 if they don't fix it soon.

Leroy, some comments here:

Any 'Entire PC' or OS disk recovery is recommended to be performed after booting from the Acronis bootable Rescue Media, such that you are booting from the 'Simple' WinPE version of that media which has full device driver support for all installed devices.

When you start any disk recovery from within Windows, you have to do a Restart anyway but the key difference is that you will restart into a limited, temporary Linux based environment which does not have the same level of device support.

Next, build #39615 is not ATI 2021 - it is the first build for Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office (ACPHO) and was superseded by a further new build #39620 yesterday!

If you have installed ACPHO then I assume you have a subscription license as otherwise you will be running a 30-day trial license copy.
