Can't Randomly Access Cloud Backups

I'm wondering if anyone else is seeing this issue. Frequently, and randomly I can't access cloud backups. I have 3 systems running scheduled incremental file backups. When I go to the cloud backups page 1 or 2 of the backups will not show the LOCK icon indicating they are encrypted (attachment 1 & 2). If I click on a backup without the lock I get a cryptic error message (attachment 3).

Doesn't matter if I use the "Browse My Data" link in the account section or open On-line Dashboard, then Backup. To get around this I just try again until it works. Attachments 1 and 2 are only minutes apart.

I did submit a ticket and the only suggestion was to try a different browser. Switching from Firefox to Edge makes no difference. Support offered to connect remotely to fix the issue. I declined since the issue happens on all 3 systems, so unlikely to be useful.

All systems are running the current build #40107. About the only thing common between the systems is I am running Norton360 and do not have Acronis Virus Protection installed.

I do not recall seeing this issue. I rarely look at file + folder backups via the web. Therefore am more likely to use Recover tab in the ACPHO GUI - however I can only look at backups for the computer that I am using at the time.

So, unfortunately I cannot be of any assistance.
