CD can't find HDD
- Boot up to disc.
- Press 1 (Acronis True Image).
- Takes a minute to load.
- Then I get this screen (attached).
- Tried this on a Mini-PC Stick and a Laptop. Both run Windows 10 Pro/Enterprise.
I went to the URL and typed in the code, but it talked about starting/stopping services.
I tried this it didn't find the path in Program Files, because it isn't there.
The article also mentioned upgrading, but I want to leave that as a last resort (unless you're sure it will fix the problem).
That costs $.

Sorry, I forgot to mention the version I was using.
I tried all 2010, 2013, & 2016 versions.
All have the same result.
Yes. We had the iso file on our network (which we purchased from the company) and i burned it from there.

Jesse, one further question here: what type of HDD are you saying cannot be found?
I would suspect that it may be a newer NVMe / PCIe type drive for which your older versions of ATI 2010, 2013 won't have any knowledge or support as long pre-date their introduction, and for which you would need to create the Windows PE version of Acronis Rescue Media for ATI 2016 to get media with the required device driver support.
The Linux version of rescue media which is used by any of the ISO images is known for being limited in support for such drives along with no support for BitLocker, RAID etc.
See KB 56610: Acronis True Image 2016: Creating Bootable Media - for details of the options for creating WinPE media.
