Cyber Protect Home Office increases boot time from 45 seconds to 2.5 minutes.

Thread needs solution

I am a long time True Image user, but I do not need any anti-malware protection from this product, as I use eset nod32 specifically because of its low impact on the system.

I have recently found that having Cyber Protect Home Office installed on my PC increases my time from typing my credentials at the Windows login screen to having a responsive desktop from around 45 seconds to over 2 and a half minutes.

I would like to disable all features of the product that are not required to create or restore backups. Is this possible? I am afraid this could be a deal breaker for my continued use of the product.

Specs:

Windows 11 build 22000.588

Ryzen 9 3900X

ASUS ROG Crosshair VIII Hero w/ latest BIOS

32GB DDR4-3600

2TB Gigabyte Aorus Gen 4 NVMe

EVGA RTX-3080

Any suggestions you could provide would be very much appreciated.

John, have you gone to the Protection page and simply turned off all protection?
