Cyber Protect Home Office Premium with 3 Tb cloud problem

Thread needs solution

Today i upgraded my "TI 2021" to with this version "Cyber Protect Home Office Premium with 3 Tb cloud".
Unfortunately cloud backup doesn't work and returns this error "Failed to get the account information from database. Check if the account is registered and configured correctly"
I tried to uninstall and install again but the problem remains
I cannot delete and / or modify the cloud backup from the list
I am attaching an image if needed
How can I solve?

You really need to contact Acronis directly for help with this issue as it relates to your Acronis Account information which only they have access to.
